José Luis García Cossío, destacado autor del Carnaval de Cádiz, presenta su nueva chirigota "Que ni las hambre la vamo a sentí", influenciada por el flamenco y con su característico humor irónico. Regresa al concurso tras varios años, confiando en su repertorio inicial y resaltando la importancia de la ironía sin herir.
